Processing Time (Production)
All orders are sent to our Printify providers for production. Typical production time is 2–7 business days. Production times vary by product and provider and may increase during peak seasons, holidays, or promotions.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs depend on the product, Printify provider, and destination. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We recommend enabling Printify’s live shipping rates on your Shopify store to ensure accurate pricing.
Tracking
After dispatch from the Printify provider, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to appear after you receive the tracking link.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders (including Australia), customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. ShineCases is not responsible for those charges.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If incorrect information is provided by the customer, ShineCases is not liable for delivery failure or additional fees. Contact support immediately if you need to update an address — we will attempt to contact the Printify provider but cannot guarantee changes once the order is in production.
