Shipping & Processing

Q: How long does it take to process my order?

A: Most Printify-fulfilled orders are processed within 2–7 business days. Processing time depends on the product and the selected Printify provider.

Q: How long will shipping take to the USA and Australia?

A: Delivery estimates after fulfilment:
USA: ~2–5 business days (many providers) — Total (order → doorstep) ~4–12 business days.
Australia: ~5–10 business days — Total ~7–17 business days. These ranges include production + shipping and may vary by provider and season.

Orders & Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express via Stripe, and PayPal. Apple Pay & Google Pay are available when supported by your device and payment provider.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: Please contact support within 12 hours to request a change or cancellation. Because we use print-on-demand, orders usually enter production quickly and cannot be guaranteed to cancel after that time.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return an item if I change my mind?

A: Due to print-on-demand fulfilment, we do not accept returns for change of mind. We will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect—see our Refund Policy below.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships from the Printify provider. Use that tracking link to monitor delivery progress.
